1. Orders & Preparation
Can I change or cancel my order?
We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days. If you made a mistake with the size, address, or model, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been prepared, we can modify or cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major secure payment methods (credit cards and/or PayPal, depending on what you enable). Transactions are encrypted, and we never have access to your complete banking details.
Where can I find the details of my order?
You receive a confirmation email after payment, with a complete summary. If you have a customer account, you can also view your order history in your personal space.
2. Sizes & Fit
How do I choose the right size for my Kintorya trousers?
On each product page, you will find:
- A detailed size guide (European sizes) with measurements in cm.
- The model's height and weight in the photos, to help you find your bearings more easily.
- Simple advice if you are between two sizes (rather fitted or rather loose).
Do your trousers run "true to size"?
Our trousers are loose and comfortable, but the sizes are based on European measurements.
Generally, you can go with your usual size. If a model runs a little larger or smaller, it is indicated on the product page.
What if the size doesn't fit me?
You can request a size exchange or a return:
- Free returns within 14 days of receipt.
- Returns accepted up to 30 days if the trousers have never been worn outdoors and remain in new condition (tags present).
We will explain the procedure by email once your return request has been validated.
3. Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping and delivery times?
- Order preparation: 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery France & Europe: approximately 6 to 10 business days.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery is always free, regardless of the amount of your order.
No minimum threshold, no surprises when paying.
4. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
- You have 14 days after receipt to benefit from a free return (refund or credit, as per your choice).
- We then accept returns for up to 30 days, provided the trousers have never been worn outside, are unwashed, in new condition with their tags.
Returns are processed in France, which allows for shorter turnaround times and better tracking visibility.
Are returns really free?
- Yes, for any request made within 14 days of receipt, we cover the return costs (according to the arrangements you will put in place: prepaid label, etc.).
- Between 15 and 30 days, returns are still possible, but we may apply specific conditions.
How do I request a return or exchange?
- Contact us via the form or by email with your order number.
- Choose: exchange, credit, or refund.
- We send you return instructions and, if you are within 14 days, the appropriate return label.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the trousers, we process your exchange or refund.
How long does it take to get a refund?
After receipt and validation of your return in France:
- Allow 3 to 5 business days for internal processing.
- Add your bank's or PayPal's processing time (often 2–5 days).
You will be notified by email as soon as the refund is processed.
